All Prescription orders Worldwide are shipped direct from our main Ophthalmic Labs in the UK, usually within 7-10 days, with the exception of Fog Free, Revo, Mirror and other similarly complex lens types, which due to the optical processes involved may take a few days longer.
Warranty Information: Your Sports Eyewear is fully warranted by each manufacturer for one year against manufacturer's defects. Please note: no warranty by any sunglass manufacturer covers scratched lenses or accidental breakage or damage. Each pair of Prescription Sports Glasses is carefully inspected before shipment. If damage occurs during shipment, please contact the shipper as well as Sports-Glasses.com. Repairs of defects for Prescription Sports Glasses under warranty are usually no charge. However, you will be required to show proof of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts and transaction records.
Please note that due to its custom nature, all Prescription Sports Eyewear orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the event of any issue with your Prescription Sports Eyewear for which we are responsible we will take prompt action to resolve the situation.

Note that we strictly adhere to the distant sellers act and our policy in no way affects your statutory rights.
Useful tips on how to return your Eyewear in the event of a problem:
1. Return your eyewear in its original packaging so that it will ensure it’s not damaged when we receive it.
2. Clearly mark on the package a return address in case it is lost in transit.
3. Send your package via Recorded Delivery, that way your package can be tracked and traced. Provide that tracking number via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org so our personnel can be aware it’s been sent and participate in tracking package to its destination.
